This week I had a blast photographing this amazing couple and their adorable furbaby Frisco. Aren’t they all gorgeous?! This session was a blast. I might have imagined it, but I think we laughed most of our time together. How could one not love that?!

Thank you L & C for being such a hoot (yep, I said HOOT)! Not only were you fantastic to work with but it is obvious how much you love each other (and Frisco of course!). Here is your quick sneak peek.

I got to spend a beautiful afternoon with sweet baby “C” and her fantastic parents. Now let me tell you something about this cutie pootie, she is full of energy. I don’t think she stopped the whole time we were together. It was so much fun watching her explore her world. She is going to be a spit fire when she is older and the world needs more girls like that.

Thank you again to her parents for allowing me to hang out, I had a blast! Here is a little sneak peek to tide you over.

I know the temperature outside says 90 and that might lead one to believe that it is still summer. But if you head into the high country there are signs everywhere that Fall is here. This is my favorite time of year and the leaves changing color are for me the promises of some of my favorite things to come. These promises are filled with the laughter of children playing in freshly raked leaves, the sound of them crunchy under my boots (the leaves; not children) newly liberated from the depths of my closet and the smell of hot apple cider and cinnamon. Soon the air will feel cooler and yet warm at the same time. Believe it or not, it is Fall and heart is filled with joy.

This past weekend I took some much needed time with my family and we drove the Peak to Peak highway to and from Estes Park. It is a ritual of sorts for us and one I look forward to every year. Here are just a few images of our amazing time together enjoying the promise of this season.
